Hello ! My great province is known as
Canada's Ocean Playground. Nova Scotia
has the warmest beaches in Atlantic Canada.

I work at an elememtary school with special
needs children.

I enjoy reading, cross stitch, cooking,
gardening, sewing, baking, hiking and
camping.I collect amber glass, amber jewelry, teacups, and teapots.I also enjoy collecting receipes and cookbooks.
My passion would have to be my husband
and children.They are the reason behind
everything I do.

Favorite Foods:

My favourite dish to cook is one my mother
made for us kids. Lunenburg fishcakes with
Lunenburg Cucumber Salad. I also enjoy making baked smoked fish another one of her specialities.
For dessert a poppyseed cake with lemond curd filling.
Oh, I can't forget roast beef with yorkshire
pudding to sop up the gravy.
