about me

I have retired...again.. and love to garden and try new recipes. I have lived many places and now wish I had written down recipes from Venezuela and Spain! Ahh, youth!
I have a wonderful husband of 25 years, a beautiful piece of country in KY after moving here from Florida, and a BIG garden.
Also have five children spread all over, 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Hubby and I love to travel and have been to almost all of the 50 states..just missing Hawaii, Wisconsin and Minnesota..hope to rectify that next year.
Love to try new recipes but seldom get to repeat them as hubby is mostly a meat and potato person, but I keep trying!
