I am a full-time mom to an amazing 3-year-old boy who is too smart for his own good. I am married to the love of my life, who always keeps me on my toes. We are expecting our second child (a GIRL!) in July and we are sooo excited.
I love to bake, so you'll catch me searching for lots of recipes for all sorts of sweets. I love cake decorating, and do it every chance I get.
My boys are both picky eaters, so I'm always looking for ways to hide veggies in whatever I can!!!

Favorite Foods:

I love spicy food. I'm addicted to mexican food- but probably not what most Americans think of when they think of mexican food. I'm blessed to live in Texas, so I get to eat the GOOD STUFF when it comes to mexican food!
I love all sorts of food that is bad for me, but hey- who doesn't?
I make the world's best mashed potatoes and my spicy italian roast is to die for!
