cooking is a passion. Love spicy anything. Learning to enjoy fish dishes with fresh salsa, quicky sauces. My friends and I started a Girls Gourmet group about 12 years age, my how we all have grown. Wine is an important part my meals and I have enjoyed getting to know the pairings.

Love to make a great salad with fresh ingredients. The more chopping, dicing and mincing that fresh food the happier I am. I like to create pasta for my family as they like these best. I make a Jalapeno Orange Shrimp that always gets requests for seconds.
