I’m in my 20’s and live in the northern part of California in the USoA. A lacto-ovo-vegetarian since 1996, I work for various wineries/vineyards in four AVA's (American Viticultural Area).
I use locally grown, organic produce whenever possible. I don't own a microwave or a food processor - probably because my kitchen is too small to fit them in! It also lacks a dishwasher, so any meal that is easy to clean up is a plus.
When not working or cooking, I ride and train horses, paint (acrylic), play the guitar, garden, collect books and try to improve my calligraphy.

Will try anything once as long as no meat (or animal by products such as gelatin).
