I am a grandmother of three "active" beautiful boys & one girl.

Favorite cook books are "cooking light"

I work out five mornings a week & work part time as an independent designer.

I ski in the winter, garden & take care of the yard in the summer.

My husband loves my "peanut butter, oatmeal cookies", "healthy granola",& "blueberry crumble"
My family loves the "Southwest lasagna" I make often.

I enjoy cooking & trying different recipes.
My family appeciates the fact I can make a dish "healthy", & yet taste yummy!
