I am nuts about Egypt – ancient, and since I visited there a couple years ago, even the modern aspect. I would recommend it to anyone.
Now that I am married and have "inherited" a 7 year old son, I am getting more and more into cooking. Since we got a set of pressure cookers for my husband's birthday (he loves to cook) last week, I am looking everywhere for new recipes.
ABF. Anything but fish. Pretty much. Some other exceptions. Favorites are pasta, YOGURT, chicken, potatoes, rice, beans. Simple stuff. I ate beans and rice almost every day for 6 months in Africa, and it was wonderful. Still trying to find the exact recipe our cook used.
