about me

I just love to cook, period. I worked as a chef and kitchen manager for ten years before I left to enter nursing. Now my love for cooking is directed towards my family and friends where I get the most from it.

Too many to list. I love good food!

I am pretty good with everything but desserts. I especially love Tuscan, Tex-Mex, and anything involving a grill.
