I specialize in making only the finest desserts all made from scratch. I only use the finest ingredients to make my desserts the absolute finest. I must admit that I am not big on decorating but demand the absolute best in flavor. I just recently won 1st place prize of $2,500 for my original recipe Butter Pecan Caramel Cheesecake on the KTLA Morning News show.

My favorite food is crab legs cold or hot just give me the butter. After that any type of creole or southern food.
