I am from Houston, TX and now live in Austin, TX. I work full time in my home office starting a mortgage information company but absoutely love cooking to relax and entertain friends and family. I have thousands of recipes and cookbooks! Since my mom's Italian I am famous for my Italian food but Texas has such a great variety of food like Mexican and Cajun - which I just love. I don't think anyone I know, myself included, can go a week without Mexican food!
