about me

I live with my husband, our middle son, our daughter and her fiancee and son in the country outside the city of Reading. We have 2 Labs: Puppy, a black Lab and
Sierra, her daughter, a yellow Lab. I have taught reschool for the last 23 years. For fun, I read, garden and love the beach! My passion is my grandson, William and a good book. My pettiest pet peeve is people who don't use their headlights when its raining or foggy. I have 3 months off every summer so a long vacation from work isn't new to me. Actually after the first 2 0r 3 weeks I sort of "veg"--I need a schedule to really function well.

Favorite Foods:

I like casseroles, one-dish meals, probably because my husband prefers his food separate(meat-potaoes-veg)and I don't get to make casseroles very much. I enjoy cooking anything- no preference--but I hate the clean-up uniformly. I like to think that they like everything I make. We don't eat out much but I have enjoyed the Olive Garden a few times.
