I am a working mother with a 3 year old daughter. In addition to my full time job, I also sell Tupperware. With little free time, I am always on the look out for something quick yet savory. In addition to finding yummy, quick meals, I love to find recipes that make "big batches" that will freeze well. Although I haven't yet made the plunge into OAMC, I am "on the verge."

One of my favorite cook books is Italian Immigrant Cooking. The roasted peppers and Easter bread are all time favorites of mine.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite ethnic foods are Polish/Hungarian dishes, Italian, and Mexican. But, I can't pass up a cheeseburger either. In my family, I am famous for my pasta sauce, meatballs, and lasagna as well as for my cookies — all of them.
