about me

Love to cook and bake own bread as I do not like store bought bread or cakes. Really like the recipe-zaar site. Feb 05 Completed Artisan Bread Baking at Cook Street school in Denver. Now can make a good french bread, plus other old world breads. Great fun. In 2006 completed classes on Wine tasting, Spanish Tapas and Weber Grilling. Plan to attend more classes in July 2007 and Personal Chefs classes. Attended classes 2007 and completed Catering and Gourmet cooking course with Penn Foster school. Now teaching part time for Community Ed at the UNM Alamogordo and teach classes for CAPPED (Cancer help center).

Favorite Foods:

All kinds of foods. Have lived in china, japan, england, germany, france and mexico. found all countries have great foods. Travel through other countries and taste there foods. Do not have favorite restaurant and really find I am dissapointed when I do go out to a restaurant for a meal. I can cook it better.
