about me

My husband and I retired to Ajijic- about 30 miles south of Guadaljara on Lake Chapala in this wonderful part of Mexico. There are over 15,000 American and Canadians living here.
I joined CASA (Culinary Art Society of Ajijic) and have fun competing in monthly catagories. Many of the awards that I have won came from recipes that I have found on this site!

Favorite Foods:

I have so many! Mexican of course, followed by Tex-Mex. Italian, Southern cooking (love Paula Dean)!!
I love to find easy to make recipes that taste really good- I rely on the 5 star rating and comments from this website!
