Hello all food lovers! My name is Alan and I am a CPA that loves to grill. I am married to a wonderful Portuguese lady named Isabel.

Isabel has added her knowlege of food to our kitchen from living in Brazil, Portugal and South Africa. We both love to cook when our day jobs allow us the time.

We look forward to time away in our Vermont kitchen where we can focus the food.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood and Vegetables. Fish on the grill is Alan's favorite. Isabel goes more for vegetarian meals.
