I love to cook, but hate to clean up. I have a wonderful husband and 2 wild and crazy kids. The photo above is of me, my mother, my grandmother and my kids.

In my family, especially on my husband's side, I'm known for my desserts. I love to bake. I learned most of my cooking, baking and entertaining skills from my Grandmother. She's got the magic touch though. She and I can make the exact same dish and hers will come out better every time!

Favorite Foods:

I love good Tex-Mex and Mexican food. I also like Italian and Chinese. Oh face it, I just like to eat!
