about me

I am a wife, mom (soccer mom), employee, friend, daughter, sister...and once in a great while I get the opportunity to be a chef (in my own mind) at least.

I love to cook - love using fresh ingredients, and preparing meals for my friends and family that I know are both good for them and taste good. Having my family and friends gather around my kitchen, relax and chat while I am in my element is a joy. It's something I look forward to throughout the year.

In addition to cooking; I am a scrapbooker. This part of my life centers me. I document my families activities one 12 x 12 page at a time.

Favorite Foods:

My very favorite food is so simple: Cheeseburger - plain and simple.

Fajitas, and tacos rate high on the list.

Anything containing chocolate, with the exception of chocolate covered insects- truthfully I have not tried them, but I think it is safe to say that I do not like chocolate covered insects.
