about me

My name was "AtTheBeach" but I now live in a very small town in west central Idaho. Love this 4-season country!! Was born in Idaho, but lived away for 20 years and have recently moved back (from coastal SW Washington State).
I was working in a library, but am now retired. Love to oil paint, read, and do various crafts. My husband and I do lots of gardening - he does the veggies, I do the flowers. Quick Cooking & Taste of Home magazines are my favorite "cookbooks".

Favorite Foods:

I like to cook stir-fry meals, using lots of veggies and/or anything from the garden and adding poultry. We don't eat much red meat, only occasionally. I love Italian and Mexican foods.
My favorite restaurants are Applebees and Olive Garden.
