I am a restauranteur . I Own Cafe Jungle in Durban. Been in the business 15 years. Love travelling. Love to improve and change recipes. I have a natural flair with food, ie. combinations of different ingredients comes easy to me.

I dont have a specific food that i like more than others i love to try all different types of food and my preferces changes all the time. I do admit to to my latest taste which is Algerian & Moroccan i find that taste really exciting for now.
