about me

I am a vegetarian college student. I am a theatre (Stage Management) major and I love sewing, knitting and other general crafts too. I also love to read and study history.

My hobby revolves around this website. I am an amateur chef and I adore cooking for my family. I am also a sugar-aholic. Although I think I'm a better cook, I love to bake to appease my sweet-tooth.

Favorite Foods:

I adore green peppers. A couple years ago I'd never touch the things, but now I eat them on everything: pizza, omelettes, pasta, etc etc etc. I cook just about anything, but it is all vegetarian.

My claim to fame must be making "real" foods the non-meat way. I've convinced many a meat-eater that vegetables are the best substitutes. Even lost weight with my concoctions.

I am a creative cook. I constantly use the "poor boy" method of cooking by taking excess ingredients in the fridge/cabinet and creating new recipes. I'm always up for a cooking challenge!
