My name is Diane. I am 53 and I live in Farmington NH with my husband and grandson. I love to cook, and we really enjoy most kinds of food, except really hot stuff. I have 5 children and 6 grandchildren and another due in June.

My favoite cookbook is The Joy Of Cooking. I've had it for many years, and use it often. A friend of mine told me about Recipezaar and I decided to check it out.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is seafood. I love to try new recipes. I love pasta dishes too, especially Italian and Greek recipes.

My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so sometimes I have to twist his arm to try something different, but he is going to be surprised when I start cooking some of your awesome recipes!

I will be looking for all kinds of new recipes to try on my family and will do reviews as I go along.
