about me

I live in North Cyprus where the sea and the seafood is excellent.
I love to cook, trying out new recipes or improving on old ones. I am mostly interested in Turkish, Meditteranean and Chinese cuisines.
My other hobbies include photography, software programming and swimming.

Favorite Foods:

Fish and chicken are my favourites. I like hot dishes, and new and exotic sauces. I have quite a number of recipes of my own, mainly of Mediterranean ingredients.
