about me

Hi! My name is Norean and I love to cook and share recipes. I am a school bus driver instructor/trainer and I love my job. The hours are great and I still have plenty of free time during the day to try out new recipes.
My passions in life are my new grandson John, born 9/22/07, my wonderful husband, my very spoiled siamese cats "Gizmo and Shadow". And a very special place in my heart for my baby "Skeeter" who passed away 6/11/08 at the age of 18. He saw me through a lot of difficult days. He will be greatly missed as he waits for me at the rainbow bridge.

I also enjoy looking for new and exciting recipes to share with my friends and family. My husband is always wondering what I am going to make next. I have taken advice from many of the other chef's on RecipeZaar and they have helped me tremendously. Thanks to all you terrific cooks out there!!!!! Keep those recipes coming. Shrimp anything...........I just LOVE chocolate cake!!!!!

I can make a great pot roast and chocolate covered strawberries.

My favorite dish is Chicken Marsala. I got the recipe from this web site and it is the best I have ever had.
