Former workaholic (Telecommunications Manager, Horse Trainer and Writer) turned stay-at-home Mom with my two little ones under the age of two... and loving it! I'm now finding lots more time to cook, bake, and explore new recipes to feed my family of 4. And still have time to write (although I'm peeling my 26-month-old son's hands off the mouse as I type).

Favorite Foods:

Former Texas resident (not Texan!)who now lives in her home state of Montana - but I miss Texas food! Real Tex-Mex... Chick-fil-A... Sonic Drive-In... and beef and chicken barbecue that doesn't involve any type of sugar! Moving away from all of that has taught me to get my tail in the kitchen and figure out how to do it myself, or quit whining! Luckily my son-of-Wyoming husband likes Texas food too or I'd be in trouble for putting in too much seasoning and using Rotel instead of ketchup, haha.
