about me

I'm a mostly stay-at-home mom with two very active boys, ages 6 and 12. I do work for my dad doing bookwork, but it is on an as needed basis. I enjoy cooking when I have the time and a "cooking frame-of-mind." I go in spurts where I will cook for a couple weeks and then I will go for a week or so and won't "cook" but rather heat-up food and we eat fast/convenience foods. I love to try new recipes but also enjoy my old faithfuls.

Favorite Foods:

I like almost everything! My favorites include shrimp scampi, homeade pizzas with LOTS of green olives and good 'ol tacos.
