about me

Born in the deep south and raised on good ole southern home cookin' - I've grown to love cooking all types of food and enjoy trying new recipes. I now live in Arizona with hubby and one teenage boy(who eats constantly!)and another away at college. They are very good guinea pigs! I'm a substitute teacher at the elementary level and love working with children - they are our future.

Favorite Foods:

Southwestern, Mexican, home cookin' and simple (but fabulous) recipes are my favorites. My DH will grill anything I ask him to so we're a great team. I enjoy cooking for 4 or 40 - friends tell me I should be a caterer, but then it would become work!
