To be totally truthful I cant cook a thing... My mother never saw the need for me to learn. As long as I kept my grades high she would take care of all the house work and cook work... so i made sure that my grades were always high. Her mentality was that as long as I got my education it would lead me to a great job and I could just hire someone to do the house-work and the cooking... but from now till then I need to eat, and eating out is taking a toll on my pocket... so I look forward to quick and easy receipes on this website. I work at a mechanic shop Monday thru Saturday from 8 am to 6pm.... and I may get another part-time job in the afternoon. I'm in college getting my B.A. in accounting. So Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals are the best resource for me 8-)

I love food I love to eat.... I enjoy a great meal... Mexican-Salvadorean-American dishes are daily for me. But I can go from Thai on Monday to Italian on Wed. to Meditteranean on Friday and McDonalds on Sunday. Its like I have a favorite dish in every country
