Mom of a toddler and a newborn who is LOST in the kitchen. Trying to get some decent skills before the boys can remember me being a bad cook...figure that gives me circa 4 yrs of practice to start getting things right

SUGAR: cake, pie, cookies, and BROWNIES (mmmm)...you'd never guess that I'm only 111 lbs after learning what I love to eat.

Love ethnic foods especially Thai, Indian, authentic (not American) Italian, and Cuban

What I'm "famous" for in the kitchen? Burning myself and cutting myself...oh, and overcooking food.
