about me

I live in Fort Worth, TX with my lovely wife Jenni. We love watching movies for fun and we really love to eat! Food should be enjoyed because if you think about it, you'll eat about 10,000 meals every year. That's a lot of meals, you should have fun eating them!

I love to cook, and I love experimenting and making things I have never made before. Hence, my interest in this website. My wife encourages this habit of mine because it means less cooking for her. I like cooking so much that my mother in law got me a subscription to "Quick Cooking" for Christmas.

I like eating the food I make but I like it much more when I watch other people enjoy what I have cooked. This has lead me to host lots of "girls nights" for my wife and her friends. I cook, they chat, we all eat. That's really fun.

When I have free time I love to play games (card games, board games, computer games, etc.) I also love sports. Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, and Softball are my favorites.
