I love Kimchi. It's like crack. When I see it in my refrigerator I can't help but eat the whole jar. I also love pickles. I will put them on/in anything. I love fermented foods I suppose as well as very spicy foods. I take a natural approach to cooking and cook from scratch all of the time. I like to make healthy versions of traditional food.
