about me

I'm a busy 25 year old graduate student from Minnesota working on my MSE in school counseling. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes when I have spare time. Lately, I've been trying to eat healthy, but love to indulge myself in good food. In addition to cooking, I enjoy traveling and being outdoors. I also love preparing and entertaining for game/movie nights, cocktail parties, and BBQ's with friends.

My favorite cook book is the basic better homes and gardens cookbook, but I get most recipes through Zaar.

Favorite Foods:

I love all different types of foods: Sushi, anything grilled, boneless buffalo wings, my mom's sausage and pasta salad, sandwiches, hummus with pita bread, and all types of international foods. Some of my favorites are Chinese, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Indian, and British comfort foods

I've found a new love for vegetables

I also love using my slow cooker and am always looking for new recipes to use with it.
