about me

I have moved back to southern California after having been away for a couple of years. My two favorite preoccupations are cooking and traveling. I don't do quite as much of the latter anymore, but then that leaves more time for the cooking!

About my reviews: I give a lot of five star reviews out. I don't like the idea of giving a low review to another person's favorite recipe. Plus I can usually tell when I see a recipe if it is something that I will really enjoy. It helps that I am not very picky and have really enjoyed almost all of the recipes I have tried from this site.

Favorite Foods:

I am one of the least picky eaters that I know. I have not met a food that I don't like.

Some of my favorite cuisines are Mexican, Ethiopian, and Indian.

My three absolute favorite foods are goat cheese, artichokes, and fresh chili peppers. If I see any of those things on a restaurant menu, I am compelled to try the dish they are in.
