about me

I recently moved from sunny San Diego, California all the way to Edinburgh, Scotland. I am studying here for a masters degree in biomedical sciences. It's been a bit of a change, but I'm starting to really settle in and enjoy living here.

I started to cook dinner regularly for my family when I was in my teens. Now I just cook for my boyfriend, who seems to enjoy it (most of the time).

I love to play the piano, but unfortunately I don't have one here. I love travelling. Hopefully, we will get to see a bit of Europe when we are here thanks to all the low cost airlines. I also enjoy reading and am a bit of a World of Warcraft addict.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food and really miss it (no more Mexican places on every corner). I am one of the least picky eaters that I know. I have not met a food that I don't like.

Some of my favorite cuisines are Mexican, Ethiopian, and Indian. My favorite foods are hot peppers and cheese, especially goat cheese.
