Well, I am a stay at home mom of four wonderful little girls, who enjoys trying out new recipes for them to try. I am slowly teaching myself how to cook and am having a good time doing it. Rarely do we try something we don't like. But we hardly have the same thing twice. Zaar has helped me in the hardest of times. I consider baking my passion. It seems to be me stress relief also. My DH knows something is up if I'm baking. My favorite cookbook right now is called 1001 Dairy Dishes, from SEALTEST kitchens. My deceased grandfather was a milkman for SEALTEST. My grandmother knows of my fondness for cooking, so she gave it to me recently. I'm a sucker for retro recipes. It's soo cool!

Favorite Foods:

Hands down, I'm a comfort food fanatic. Mac n Cheese is truely an art form. I've been making all sorts of recipes of this favorite and everyone of them bring a different zest to the dish.
