I work in catering so am surrounded by food but it doesnt stop my love for cooking I love the way cooking is like magic, you start with the bare ingredients and create a wonderful feast. I dont usually follow recipes very carefully but I love the ideas they give you.

Favorite Foods:

mmmm everything.... salad, sandwiches, marmite, I cant even think about this it changes all the time. I am known for my amazing quiche, profiteroles, soup and of course my loved "make you feel good food"
