I live in Dallas, TX but I am originally from the UK...a small town in the North East.

I am forever grateful to my friend for introducing me to this website, its amazing and I have gone from not having a clue in the kitchen 10 months ago to helping create a wonderful Christmas meal for 8!!! Insane!!

Aside from this new found hobby I like to call cooking, I love to spend time with the amazing man in my life and a group of the best friends anyone could ask for!

Favorite Foods:

Love to eat honey roast parsnips, cook a mean chicken lasagne and if I am eating out, Indian food never fails to put a smile on my face!
