I love making old-fashioned recipes, especially those of Hungarian and Irish origin. I love both deceptively-simple and complicated dishes.

We don't eat red meat, so I am always looking for new recipes that use poultry, seafood, veggies, soy, and grain products in interesting, tasty ways.
