about me

As a transplanted Texan I love spicy foods and love to tweek recipes to include a little kick. I have a daughter who is a junior in college in Virginia and a son who graduated this fall from ECSU and now lives in Boston.


My youngest baby, who is my icon photo, is Kaylee our six year old lab. She is our only child left at home and is exceptionally intelligent and beautiful. Many of my recipes are titled "Baby's ...". Baby is my grandmother and is an excellent cook. She was always wonderful about letting me help in the kitchen. To have mastered some of her recipes is an accomplishment I am proud of.
