I'm a 18-year-old full time student in Hong Kong. I like cooking very much, not only cooking traditional Chinese food but also food of other cultures, especially italian food. I'm so glad to see this website. It's really wonderful that I can find a lot of useful recipes. I hope that all of you would enjoy the recipes I posted.

Favorite Foods:

My favourite food is soup. It's not the western style creamy soup but the Chinese style watery soup. We Chinese people think that those soup can keep us healthy and sometimes we make them for particular purposes.
I also like dishes made from chicken. However, I seldom try recipes using chicken because my mom doesn't eat it.
What I cook the most often are cookies. I bought a cookbook for cookies last year. After that I tried a lot of them in the book.
