about me

I have been married for seven years to my wonderful husband and we have two boys, aged 8 and 2.

I am also a university student (yikes!) in my second year in the Arts program. Hopefully if all goes well, I'll be a high school teacher in the end.

I'm not really a good cook and am always looking for easy recipes that don't take too much time and taste delicious. I don't have time to cook "from-scratch".

Favorite Foods:

I like to cook this dish I found in a magazine called "Spaghetti Hotdish". It's like a very easy lasagna and my husband and my toddler love it. My eight year old doesn't care for it, so I don't really have an occasion to cook it.

Another dish that I like to cook is one that I got off the back of a Minute Rice box; Taco-in-pan. My whole family loves this one.

Other dishes that are regulars at my table are very basic soups that are not fancy, but very filling. Rice or oats soup.

Probably our favorite restaurant to go eat at is McDonalds, but only because the kids love it and it's very cheap. I would love to be able to go out to a real restaurant one of these days.
