I live in the beautiful seacoast town of Barrington Passage, Nova Scotia, which is also the official "Lobster Capital of Canada". I hope to add some lobster recipes as I continue here. Can't wait to meet you!
My co-workers call my cooking "sticks and twigs" because I'm all about fibre and nuts and whole wheat. I used to eat a diet high in fat and sugar and low in veggies and fruit. Since I've changed that all around I feel great!
Chicken, Spinach, oat cakes, salads, and a good old fashioned turkey dinner with all the trimmings! My favourite restaurant is Rudders in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
