I am an American married to a South African and we live in South Africa. I am a stay-at-home mom with a toddler. I enjoy writing sit-com episodes, traveling with my family and of course cooking.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are mostly foods that I could easily get when I lived in Texas but I can't get locally (such as Mexican & fried catfish.) I cook some very nice creole dishes. I get most of my recipes from the internet but I have a couple of old hometown cookbooks that I really like. I also love the Campbell's Soup easy recipe books.
