Lived in holland for 11 years...too long! Now i'm back for some sunshine in paradise and a chef's degree--wish me luck.
Southeast Asian cuisine (excluding Filipino, yeah i know, i should love my own, but in its most traditional form it's not interesting enough, and Filipinos are too traditional, set in their ways, can't change recipes, I hate that, goes against the concept of being a chef, although...things are improving...) I'm famous for my paella, vietnamese noodle salad, and adobo.
