about me

I have been in the restaurant and catering business for the past 25+ years. I read recipes books like other people read novels. I have a passion for cooking and baking. I have to tell you my DH, kids and friends love that I do.
I found Recipe Zaar last year and have truly enjoyed the recipes from others and reading the reviews.
I live in a VERY SMALL town in Ontario, Canada and have to at times improvise with the ingredients in some of the fab recipes.
To all I have to say thanks I am always learning. They say "you can always teach a new dog new tricks"!!! LOL

Favorite Foods:

I really do not have any favorite foods. My heritage is Polish so maybe my preference or my comfort food would lie there.
I have lived in many places I would have to say I love love spicy and flavourful foods.
