about me

I am a stay-at-home mom to my two very adorable kids and a devoted wife to my husband. I love to cook, especially on Sundays because it's our family day. My alone time include surfing the internet, reading books and magazines, watching my favorite shows (that is, if the kids are not hoarding the TV), going to the salon for a little pampering. Someday, I would love to be able to see the world...

Favorite Foods:

I really do not have any particular favorite, but I will eat anything that has strawberries in it. I used to love eating Japanese food, but right now, I am into the Cajun and Italian cooking (thanks to Rachael Ray). I am famous for my "sinigang" and "pork & tofu medley"
