I'm a happily married, stay-home mother of 3 girls, one horse and a cat. I don't always enjoy cooking, but I love eating. More or less, I go through a 'phase' of baking...not much cooking. Many times I try recipes, but if I have nothing terribly nice to say about the recipe, I won't review it. I'm very particular about my family recipes and am in a process of finding good old-fashioned recipes to add to the family box.

My passions are my family, horses and racing. We enjoy everything from trail riding to mudding, and usually we all do things together. I also enjoy online gaming, (MMO's) and strictly enforce a 'ladies night out' routine!

My biggest peeve are stupid drivers...you know the ones, sitting behind the wheel of a monstrous truck-type beast, doing a 10-point turn to fit it into the parking space.
