I'm a 30-ish year old Canadian guy. I've been working in the Information Technology industry since 1999. I got married in August of '02 to my beautiful wife, Lisa. Our first little one arrived on November 24, 2003. Her name is Lainey. Our second daughter was born on September 21, 2007. We named her Danika. In my spare time I love to weightlift, cook, watch movies and read Stephen King novels... I've got quite a collection of his hardcovers.

Favorite Foods:

Pastas, chicken, tomato sauces, BBQ'd anything, ice cream, fruit, subs packed with low fat meat and veggies (hold the mayo), and 45lb weight plates... a little chewy but high in iron... ha!
