I'm a 30 year old Canadian guy. I've been working in the Information Technology industry since 1999. I got married in August of '02 to my beautiful wife, Lisa. Our first little one arrived on November 24, 2003. Her name is Lainey. In my spare time I love to weightlift, cook, watch movies and read Stephen King novels... I've got quite a collection of his hardcovers.

Favorite Foods:

Pastas, chicken, tomato sauces, BBQ'd anything, ice cream, fruit, subs packed with low fat meat and veggies (hold the mayo), and 45lb weight plates... a little chewy but high in iron... ha!
