Started cooking when I was in college. Before that even, my dad and I were in National Chili Cookoff and BBQ competitions. In the last 10 years, I have taken a corner, and started some very unique recipes of my own which I hope to share with you here, as time permits. Thanks for reading about me, and I look forward to hearing from you.
I love making a really terrific no fat lasagna! Great for the Weight Watchers group. That is probably the dish that my family requests the most. Beyond that, I have some of my own favorites...Authenic New England Clam Chowder, Cajun Chicken Piquant over Rice.....and the list goes on and on. I like to mix it up, and it's always an international feast around here!
