about me

I'm a father of three older children (college age), an avid hiker who likes to actually cook on hikes instead of eating packaged meals, a woodworker, gardener, photographer, and I am currently working on my Masters degree in Eastern (Christian) Theology. I design websites, specializing in sites for Non-Profit groups.

Favorite Foods:

Nationallty, my family hails from the Sub-Carpatian mountains of the Austro-Hungarian region (Rusyn), and I enjoy cooking many of our ethnic dishes, along with Greek, Italian, and most other ethnic foods. I'm a bread baking addict, especially ethnic and sourdough breads.
