I'm from Lansing, Michigan but reside in Winter Park, Florida.
I've been with the Holiday Inn now for 25 years. I bartend very very part time and still enjoy it. I had my first and only child at the ripe age of 40 and love being a Mother. I collect cookbooks and could sit and look at them all day. My main passion is cooking and entertaining for friends and family. I enjoy watching their faces when they try something that I have prepared and put so much love and time into. My Pet Peeve: closed minded people that say they don't like something before they even give it a chance. My Motto: LIVE LOVE and COOK!!

Favorite Foods:

I don't really have a favorite dish to cook, I like to experiment and try new recipes. Variety is the "Spice of Life"

My Family enjoys my BBQ's the most. Being out in the fresh air playing and swimming,usually jump starts their appetites. I like to grill a variety of meats or fish with plenty of sides, and I never forget the desert. I try not to make the same thing twice.
