about me

I went to culinary school for a year and a half, but did not finish due to the arrival of my daughter.
I love baking and cooking, but with a 3 1/2 year old and a one year old, I keep it very simple!!!
Recipezaar is definitely my go to place for recipes...both elaborate and simple.
I work as an office manager in a nursing home. Its a great job, despite having to deal with losses all time. I guess its helped me be a more compassionate person towards other people in their losses though, which is a good thing.
Besides spending time with my family, I love to read, play sudoku, and do my bible study.

Favorite Foods:

I love mexican food!! I think i could live on it...along with dessert of course.
I'm on a Feta cheese kick right now. No one else in the family cares for it, which is fine by me...that just means I get more.
